1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Deggie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deggie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
